Refund policy

When you purchase online, you have the right to return a product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us if you would like to return your purchase.

In the event that your product is received damaged, please email us within 5 working days of receipt. Goods should be returned to us at your cost. Please include your details and a note stating the reason for your return. We will then contact you and discuss exchange or refund. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods, and paid by the same method that you made payment.

The Good Tea is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us.
