Balance is a velvety, smooth and earthy blend. Nettle, traditionally used for its nourishing and purifying properties, is balanced with Limeflower and Cinnamon offering a warming, healthful tea to support overall wellbeing. It is naturally caffeine free and can be enjoyed any time of day.

Brewing: Use a heaped teaspoon per 300ml mug. Add freshly boiled water, cover and infuse for 7-15 minutes.
